I was fortunate enough to find Simon just as I was beginning to lose faith in massage therapy for my neck and shoulders. I am a keen cyclist and have had chronic muscular pain through my cervical spine following numerous injuries and daily wear and tear. I have had occasional success with sports physiotherapists, osteopaths and acupuncture and I assumed remedial massage would – at best – provide limited relief on some occasions; but I cannot recall leaving any appointment with Simon without feeling immediate relief. Unfortunately this comes at Simon’s expense since – unlike the physios and sports therapists before him – I have not needed to make regular appointments! I highly recommend Simon’s services as a remedial therapist; he was excellent.
